This is an application for cancellation of bail which was filed in the year 2021 and since then it is pending. 2.

In the above referred backdrop, after going through the order granting bail, it is evident that learned trial Court has recorded the reasons in detailed and also considered the material available on record against the Respondent No.2. 3.

Thus, I am of the opinion that the ultimate conclusion arrived at by the learned trial Court while granting bail is just and proper and there is no perversity committed by the trial Court.
