The Appointee and the Management are before the Court. Their grievance is that the proposal dated 1st August, 2018 seeking approval to the appointment of Petitioner No.1 on the post of Shikshan Sevak, is pending decision.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off. The Management would clear the deficiencies as are set out in the Affidavit-in-Reply, if not already cleared, within a period of 21 days and re-submit the proposal to Respondent No.3. Thereafter, Respondent No.3 would deal with the said proposal by carrying out an in-depth verification exercise as is permissible in law and pass a reasoned order within a period of 45 days, thereafter.
