The above Review Petition has been filed for review of the order dated 1172013 passed by a Division Bench of this Court V. M. Kanade J (as His Lordship then was) and K. R. Shriram J. The review has been sought on the ground that the above Petition has been disposed of without there being any affidavit filed on behalf of the State Government. The Review Petitioner who has appeared all along in various proceedings filed by him (Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal (25) Petitions and Supreme Court of India (3) Petitions), has filed an application before the committee of this Court constituted for granting permission to the parties who are desirous of appearing in person. Though the said application is pending, the Petitioner expressed a desire that we should proceed with the hearing of mmj
rpw18013(1) the above Review Petition. We acceded to his request and accordingly deemed it appropriate to proceed with the hearing as the Petitioner has appeared in person all along.
We have perused the Review Petition as also heard the Petitioner in person, except stating that justice should be done to him by this Bench, we did not find any ground or no submission was urged by the Petitioner in person as to how he is entitled to any relief in our review jurisdiction.
