C.:- 1) At the outset, Mr.Patil, learned A.P.P. on instructions of Senior Jailor, Kolhapur Central Prison submitted that, the Petitioner was suffering from HIV and T.B. and passed away on 2nd October 2023, while undergoing treatment at Government Medical College and Hospital, Miraj, District Sangli. He tendered across the bar a photocopy of cause of death certificate dated 3rd October 2023 issued by the department of Forensic Medicine, Government Medical College and Hospital, Miraj. The same is taken on record.

2) In view of above, present Petition has become infructuous and is accordingly disposed off.
