At the outset, learned counsel for the Applicants seeks leave to amend the prayer clause as to correct the date of the order as well as the number of the Second Appeal. Leave granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.

By this application, the Applicants have sought to condone the delay and recall the order dated 16/01/2023 whereby the learned Registrar (Judicial-II) rejected registration of the Appeal for want of removal of office objections.

In the light of said statement and in view of the reasons stated in the application, the delay is condoned. Rejection order dated 16/01/2023 is recalled. Appeal be registered subject to removal of office objections.
