This is an application for condonation of delay of 208 days in preferring the Criminal Appeal against the Judgment and order of conviction and sentence passed by the Sessions Court, Ratnagiri in Special (POCSO) Case No.21 OF 2020. It is mentioned in the application and it is also submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that, the applicant is illiterate and he is unaware about the procedure of the law.
