In Crime No. 511 of 2018 for an offence punishable under Sections 420, 465, 468, 471 of Indian Penal Code the Applicant is seeking prearrest bail on the ground of mistaken identity. 2.
It is the case of the Applicant that police visited the house of Applicant and enquired about Raju Mane whose name as has been mentioned in the FIR. 2/2 Yadav 1.aba.1418.18 3.
The case of the Applicant that there is a mistaken identity cannot be appreciated in his favour for granting anticipatory bail at this stage of proceedings, sufficient material is available on record against the Applicant about his prima facie involvement.

There is criminal antecedent in which this Court had already rejected the similar prayer moved by the present Applicant. As such, there is no substance in the present Application. Hence the same stands rejected.
