Learned counsel appearing for the parties submits that the dispute has been settled between the parties and tenders the consent terms. The consent terms are taken on record and marked as "X" for identification. During the hearing, a query was posed by this Court as regards the educational expenses being capped at ₹50,000/- per annum. Upon instructions of the parties who are present in Court, learned counsel for the Appellant would submit that the Appellant is ready to bear the educational expenses and does not require the same to be capped at ₹50,000/- per annum. Accordingly, the said clause was suitably modified undertaking to bear the educational expenses of the children.

The parties are present in Court and reiterate the terms of the consent terms. Their identities are verified by their Aadhar Card and they are also identified by their respective counsel. The statements made in the consent terms are accepted as undertakings given to this Court.
