This Interim Application seeks recall of the order dated 1st April 2024 passed by the Registrar (Judicial-I) dismissing the petition for nonremoval of the office objections within the stipulated period and for condonation of delay of 22 days in filing the present Interim Application. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that due to oversight time which was granted for removal of office objections was not noticed, failing which the conditional order came into effect and the petition came to be dismissed.

For the reasons stated in the application, the delay of 22 days is condoned. The order dated 1st April 2024 is recalled and the present petition is restored to its original number.
