It is submitted that the Petitioners are appointed in the year 2013. The Management has submitted separate proposals to the Dy. Director of Education seeking approval to the appointment of the Petitioners.

In view of that, the Dy. Director of Education, Kolhapur shall decide the proposals submitted by the Management seeking approval to the appointment of the Petitioners on merits in accordance with law. The decision shall be taken preferably within four weeks.

Till the decision is taken by the Dy. Director of Education, the posts on which the Petitioners are appointed, may not be filled through pavitra portal.
