The Trial Court, by the impugned order has granted the maintenance of Rs.5,000/- to the plaintiff who filed the suit for partition in relation to the joint family properties on the ground that the defendants are getting income of Rs.8 to 10 lakh per year out of the agricultural land owned by the joint family members. 2.

Considering the reasons assigned in paragraph 5 to 8, in my opinion, no interference is called for, the writ petition stands disposed of.
