1] Civil Application No.1973 of 2019 is preferred seeking intervention by the applicants who were party to the earlier proceeding between the parties and they have also filed revision before the Minister.

2] For the reasons stated in the application, Civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Accordingly, Civil Application stands disposed off. 3] The Petitioner is directed to serve copies of the Petition on the interveners and consequential amendment to be carried out within one week. The interveners may file reply within a period of two weeks. The Petitioner is also directed to obtain instructions regarding status of the revision petition.
