The Applicants, who are the original Claimants have sought leave to withdraw the compensation deposited by the AppellantCorporation, as per the impugned Judgment and Award dated 27/11/2021 passed by the Claims Tribunal, Sangli, in M.A.C.P. No.173 OF 2014.

Having considered the reasons stated in the application and the grounds raised in the appeal memo, Applicant No.1 is permitted to withdraw compensation of 20% and Applicant Nos.2, 3 and 4, 10% each with proportionate interest accrued thereon subject to an undertaking that they will refund the amount with interest in the event the 1/2
