We do not think that a contempt petition is the remedy of the petitioner-widow to claim family pension of her husband by relying upon the Division Bench order of this Court. 2.

The petitioner, if aggrieved by non-payment of such pension, must file substantive proceedings and that would include filing a Writ Petition to claim family pension, if payable. The contempt petition is entirely misconceived and is dismissed.
