1] These are applications for condonation of delay in preferring Revision Applications against the Judgment(s) and Order(s) passed by the Appellate Court upholding the conviction of the applicant under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.

2] The note put up by the Registry indicates that, notice to the respondent No.1 in pursuance of Order dated 23rd July 2019 has been duly served upon it. Despite service, none appears for the respondent No.1.

3] Perusal of the applications would indicate that, sufficient cause for condonation of delay is made out by the applicant. The Revision Application(s) filed by the applicant is against the Order of conviction. 4] In view thereof, delay is condoned.
