This application is for condonation of delay in preferring Criminal Revision Application (Stamp) No.376 of 2018. There is a delay of about three years and 208 days in preferring the revision application.

Learned counsel for applicant pointed out that the applicant had preferred Criminal Application No.1159 of 2014 before this Court, which came up for hearing before the Division Bench on 2nd July 2018. Since the applicant had earlier preferred an application for discharge which was rejected, the applicant was permitted by the Division Bench to challenge the order dated 15th September 2014 passed by Additional Sessions Court rejecting his application for discharge.
