By this Civil Application, the applicant - third party is seeking direction to implead them as respondent No.5 in Writ Petition No.9678/2014.

Learned A.G.P. Mr. S.H. Kankal, appearing on behalf of the respondents - State, submits that the Civil Application, as it is filed by the applicant, is not maintainable in the present proceedings. He submits that Writ Petition No.9678/2014 is already disposed of by this Court by 1 / 2

In view of these facts, nothing survives in the present Civil Application.
