After hearing the learned counsel appearing for the applicant at length when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief, the learned counsel on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to file a fresh application for bail before the Trial Court if the trial arising out of CR No. 62/2016 dated 22.4.2016 registered at Kamati Police Station, District Solapur now culminated into Sessions Case No.223/2016 does not conclude within a period of one year from today. Leave and liberty granted.
