Respondent No.2 has given an affidavit stating that he does not wish to prosecute the matter.

Offences are grave. The Respondent No.2 has given Nesarikar
2 / 2 20APL93516.odt names of other persons from whom amount has been allegedly extorted by Petitioners. He has mentioned that from each worker amount has been collected and total amount recovered is between 7080 lakhs.

Offences registered are u/s 384, 386 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

We are not willing to intervene in extra ordinary jurisdiction.

Application is accordingly rejected.
