Heard. By this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India the Petitioner challenges the order dated 16.07.2013 passed by the learned District Judge -1, Kolhapur in Misc. Civil Appeal No.86/2013.

The learned counsel for the Respondent Plaintiff submits that during pendency of the Writ Petition, the Regular Civil Suit No. 97/2013 itself has been disposed of finally. To that effect, he has placed on record a photocopy of the case status report obtained from the official website of the District Court, Kolhapur.
