By the order dated 5th December 2017, the petitioners have been permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.1,50,00,000/- that was deposited by them pursuant to the order dated 16th January 2015.

By this application, the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the amount of interest on that deposit. Since the principal amount has been permitted to be withdrawn, this application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads as under :- (a) The applicant may be allowed to withdraw the amount of interest accrued on Rs.1.5 crore, which was deposited by them by drawing a demand draft No. 450574 dated 20th April, 2015 in favour of "Registrar, High Court Bombay, Appellate Side" vide demand draft in terms of the orders passed by this Hon'ble Court dated 16th January 2015 and 21st April 2015, exhibit B and C hereto.
