The Petitioner has sought to challenge the order passed by Respondent No.4-The Sub Divisional Officer/Electoral Registration Officer, rejecting the objections raised by the Petitioner regarding the Digitally signed by RAJESHRI PRAKASH AHER Date:

2022.10.17 19:37:25 +0530 RAJESHRI PRAKASH AHER status of Respondent No.7, as a voter. We have perused the impugned order. In the Petition, except stating that Petitioner has taken objection, Rajeshri Aher

2/2 22 wp 12095 of 2022.doc no further locus on the part of Petitioner is elaborated. Provisional voter's list was published. The Petitioner's objection was considered and Respondent no.4, after considering the objection has with reasons rejected the objections. Thereafter, the voter's list has been finalized. According to us, the objections raised by the Petitioner have been duly dealt with and no interference is warranted.

As regards the directions issued by Respondent No.5Tahsildar/Assistant Electoral Registration Officer to Respondent No.4The Sub Divisional Officer/Electoral Registration Officer, is concerned irespective of disposal of the Petition, it is open to Respondent No.5, to pursue the directions as against Respondent No.4, if it is permissible in law.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
