It is submitted that the Respondent No.3-ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Limited will be depositing an amount of Rs.6,00,000/- before the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Sindhudurg, Oras towards full and final settlement towards aforesaid matters within a period of four weeks from today i.e. the date of signing of the Consent Terms between the parties.
