Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners and learned AGP for Respondent Nos. 1 and 2.

Rule. Rule made returnable forthwith with the consent of the parties.

Learned AGP has placed on record the order of the Education Officer, Zilla Parishad, Kolhapur. It is submitted that the respondent has organised a camp for individual approval to the teachers from various places. It is submitted that the proposal for approval of the present petitioners will also be considered in accordance with law in the said camp, in view of the resolution dated 24/8/2018 which is pursuant to the Judgment of this Court dated 10/7/2017. For the time being without going into the merits of the matter, the petitions deserve to be disposed of as the case of individual approval of the teacher will be considered in the said camp. The matter has not been heard on merits. In view of the above, the petitions are disposed of. Rule is discharged. All contentions are kept open.
