The petition merely challenges the order by which the Minister (Revenue) has admitted for consideration the review application instituted by the respondents and granted limited interim relief. The order impugned was made on 18 July 2013. Rather than entertain the present petition, the interests of justice would be met if the Minister (Revenue) is requested to dispose of the review application no. 4341 of 2013 on its own merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of four months from today, if not already disposed of. 2] It is made clear that all contentions of all parties, including the question of maintainability of the review application is kept open. 1/2
