In pursuance to the order passed by this Court on 28/08/2018, Shri Kiran Anant Lohar, presently working as Deputy Director of Education, Kolhapur is present before this Court and filed affidavit in reply.

He has stated that order dated 31/05/2018 was passed by his predecessor Shri M.K.Gondhali, the then Deputy Director of Education. He further submitted that Shri Gondhali is now retired and he has taken charge.

He has tendered unconditional apology. He has further stated that he has withdrawn the order dated 31/05/2018 vide his order dated 10/09/2018 and further directed the Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Kolhapur and the Superintendent, Pay and GPF Squad (Primary), Kolhapur to draw the pay and allowances due to the petitioner.

In that view of the matter, nothing survives in the Petition as the Petition has served its purpose. Writ Petition is disposed of as such.
