She submitted that the appeal was filed in this Court for grant of bail and during pendency of the appeal, the appellant made a successive attempt before learned Special Court and application for bail was allowed. As such, nothing survives in the present appeal. Accordingly, the appeal is allowed to be withdrawn and is disposed of as such.
