P.C.:- This is an application under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 apprehending his arrest in C.R. No.65 of 2019 registered with Dodamarg Police station, District-Sindhudurg for ofences punishable under Sections 143, 147, 148, 149, 323, 327, 504 and 506 of the IPC. By order dated 15/07/2019 this Court (Coram:Sarang V. Kotwal, J.) had granted interim relief. Learned counsel for the Applicant as well as learned APP states that charge sheet has been fled and that the Applicant has now been granted regular bail. 2.

Considering the above statement, the application has become infructuous and is disposed of.
