Mr.Mane, the learned Advocate for the applicant, is not present. No leave note is filed. It is a case under section 302 of the Indian Penal Code. The applicant/accused is facing charge of murdering his own daughter as he outraged the chastity of his wife. The learned Prosecutor, on instructions from Shri D.T. Karche, API, who is present in Court, has submitted that the charge in this Court has already been framed and witness summons is issued for 4 witnesses and the matter is now fixed for recording of evidence on 22.7.2015.
