Heard. We are of the view that the purpose of this petition shall stand served by giving an appropriate opportunity to the Petitioner of making representation to the Competent authority and issuing necessary directions to the Competent Authority. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Competent Authority in the matter is Respondent No.4-Education Officer, Primary and therefore learned counsel for the Petitioner on instructions seeks leave by RAJESHWARI SUBODH KARVE Date:

We grant liberty to the Petitioner to make a fresh representation to Respondent No.4 for redressal of grievance within a

We further direct that if such fresh representation is made, final decision in accordance with law shall be rendered by Respondent No.4 within reasonable period of time, preferably within 8 weeks from the date of receipt of such representation.
