Present application arises out of Dispute Application No. 15 of 2021 filed by Bhaskar Dhondiram Jadhav, who expired during pendency of the writ petition. The applicants claim to be the legal heirs of deceased Bhaskar Dhondiram Jadhav and wish to continue proceedings initiated by him.

The respondents opposed application by filing an affidavitin-reply and denied the locus of legal heirs to continue with proceedings arising out of election dispute 3.

Keeping aforesaid objection open for consideration in main

46 - IA - 11004 - 2024 .doc petition, interim application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b).

Necessary amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.
