Heard learned counsel appearing for respective parties. 2.

By order dated 25th June 2025, notice was issued for final disposal and ad-interim relief was granted thereby staying impugned order. In this backdrop it is submitted that hearing of Revision Application pending before Hon'ble Minister may be expedited. 3.

Looking to conspectus of matter, it would be in the interest of all parties, if Revision Application pending before Minister Suresh 1/2

17-WP-11294-2025.doc is considered and decided on its own merit within a period of eight weeks from today.

In that view of matter, Writ Petition stands disposed of with request to Hon'ble Minister to decide pending Revision Application within a period of eight weeks from today. 5.

The parties to appear before Hon'ble Minister on 6th October 2025.
