After this petition was heard for some time, Mr. Patil, on instructions, of petitioner No.1(b)- Mr. Suryakant Vishnu Khade (Patil), who is present in Court, seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to pursue Section 48 of Land Acquisition Act, 1894 application as filed by the petitioner in respect of which already a Division Bench of this Court has passed an order dated 24 February, 2015 on Writ Petition No. 10534 of 2011 filed by the petitioner.
