In paragraphs 3 and 8 of the judgment dated 9th February 2024, the expression "889.579 acres" shall be replaced by the expression "513.97 acres." Similarly, the expression "395.368 acres" shall be replaced by the expression"37 acres."

Corrections be carried out in the original judgment and the corrected judgment be uploaded.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks extension of continuation of the interim order by submitting that the steps have been

ppn 2 502.wp-7716.14.doc taken to challenge the aforesaid judgment before the Supreme Court. He prays for extension by period of two weeks. This request is opposed by learned counsel for respondent no.2 on the ground that this request has not been referred to in the praecipe. She further submits that since time of four weeks was already granted, this request may not be accepted. 5.

Considering the fact that corrections have been made in paragraphs 3 and 8 of the judgment dated 9th February 2024, the interim order shall continue to operate for further period of two weeks in addition to the period for which it was to operate as per the judgment dated 9th February 2024.
