1st December 2024 PC:- 1) Both the parties appeared through Video Conferencing from District Legal Services Authority, Solapur. The Learned Secretary, DLSA, Solapur has identified the parties. 2) This Revision Application has been preferred by the Original Accused, who has been convicted by trial Court. By virtue of the order dated 6th March 2018 passed by Judicial Magistrate First Class, Solapur which was confirmed by 1/3

Additional Sessions Judge,Solapur by judgment and order dated 9th July 2019, he was directed to pay fine of Rs. 2000/- and to undergo simple imprisonment for seven days. The Revision Applicant thus, impugned the said orders. During pendency of the Revision Application, Applicant has undergone the imprisonment and paid the fine. Accordingly, the Applicant has submitted the Settlement Form dated 12th November 2024 stating the said facts.

3) The Settlement Form is signed by Applicant, learned APP, Mediator Judge and Secretary D.L.S.A, Solapur. Learned Secretary D.L.S.A, Solapur identified the Applicant. The Settlement Form is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. In view of the Settlement Form, the Applicant seeks leave to withdraw the Revision Application. 4) Considering the fact that the Revision Applicant has already undergone the punishment and has already paid the fine, the Revision Applicant is permitted to withdraw the Revision Application.

5) Accordingly, the Revision Application is disposed as withdrawn.
