The grievance of the Petitioners appears to be entirely imaginary. Mr Deokar for the Zilla Parishad, Solapur clarifies that of course the Zilla Parishad will follow the circulars and the clarification/corrigendum of 9th March 2023 exactly. Trained 25th July 2023

908-ASIA-13766-2023 IN WP-7054-2023.DOC graduate teachers are bound to be considered. Their documents will have to be verified. The entire grievance in the Petition that the Petitioners, though trained graduate teachers are not being considered, is obviously without substance.

We note the statement of Mr Deokar. There is no reason to pass any further orders.
