The above Writ Petition has been filed challenging the termination order dated 23/08/2010 passed by the Commandant, CISF, Arakkonam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

The learned counsel appearing for the Respondents Shri Rui Rodrigues states that against such an order an Appeal would lie before the Deputy Inspector of General, CISF, and thereafter we are informed that a Revision also lies before the Director General, CISF. In view of the remedy by way of an Appeal being available to the Petitioner, we do not deem it appropriate to entertain the above Writ Petition.
