Learned Counsel for the Respondent No.1, on instructions of the Respondent No.1, submits that the parties i.e. the Petitioner and the Respondent No.1, have amicably settled their dispute. 2.

Learned Counsel for the Respondent No.1 submits that the Respondent No.1 has no grievance as against the Petitioners and that post the filing of the aforesaid petition, the parties i.e. the Petitioner No.1 and Wakodikar 1/2

1 wp 3212-15.doc Respondent No.1 are residing together; that in fact, two daughters are born post the filing of the aforesaid petition. Learned Counsel for the Respondent No.1 submits on instructions, that the Respondent No.1 is happily settled with the Petitioner No.1 and that she will not execute the orders passed by the Trial Court as well as the Appellate Court. Learned Counsel for the Respondent No.1 further submits that the aforesaid petition may be disposed of in view of the settlement between the parties and the statement of the Respondent No.1.

In view of the aforesaid, learned Counsel for the Petitioner does not press this petition and seeks leave to withdraw the same. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of as withdrawn. It is made clear that this petition has not been heard on merits.
