By this appeal, the Appellant challenges the judgment and award dated 17.01.2015 passed by the MACT Kolhapur in MACP No.14/2009 holding that the Respondent - claimants are entitled to Rs.4,66,708/- by way of compensation along with 7% p.a. interest.

The learned counsel for the Appellant submits that the Tribunal has awarded the compensation on higher side. Hence, the present appeal.

a) Admit.
