By this Civil Application, the Applicant Insurance Co. is seeking 69 days delay in filing the First Appeal challenging the judgment and award dated 17.01.2015 passed by the MACT Kolhapur in MACP No.14/2009.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the reasons disclosed in the Civil Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the Civil Application.

Hence, the following order is passed:

The Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus:

"(a) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to condone the delay of 69 days in filing the First Appeal in the interst of justice."
