It is submitted on behalf of learned Advocate appearing for Petitioners that in the said Judgment, the following typographical errors needs to be corrected:

i) In 11th line of paragraph No.2, the words and figures 'Plot No.23 and 24 admeasuring 2000 Sq.Ft.' be substituted with 'Plot No.34, 35 and 36 admeasuring 3000 Sq.Ft.'; ii) In 4th line of paragraph No.8, figure '1992' be substituted with '1993';

iii) In 13th line of paragraph No.8, figure '17th December 2018' be substituted with '7th December 2018';

In that view of the matter, necessary corrections and consequential changes be carried out and corrected Judgment be uploaded accordingly.
