The Petitioner has already filed an Appeal before the DRAT. At the relevant time however the Chairperson of DRAT was on leave. On 19th July 2019 this Court has passed Order of status-quo. As the Petitioner has already filed an Appeal before the DRAT, the present Petition need not be kept pending in this Court. The Petitioner is at liberty to seek reliefs before the DRAT.

The Petition to stand disposed of 3.
