The Learned GP states that he has received a letter dated 6th October, 2021 from the Deputy Secretary, State of Maharashtra, who is present in Court, informing him that the impugned order dated 23rd September, 2021 passed by the Minister has been withdrawn. A copy of the said letter is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. In view thereof, the above Writ Petition stands disposed off.

The concerned Deputy Registrar, Co-Operative Societies, shall appoint an Election Officer to hold at the earliest, the elections qua the managing committee of

In the meantime, the three member committee shall continue to act as Authorized Officers of Respondent No.5 only for the purpose of carrying on the day to day affairs of Respondent No.5. They shall not take any major policy decisions with regard to the affairs of Respondent No.5 without taking prior permission of the Deputy Registrar, Co-operative Societies. ( MILIND N.
