Learned counsel appearing for the applicants states that all the respondents have been served. Statement is accepted. 2.

By this civil application, the applicant seeks deletion of the name of the respondent no.2 from the cause title of the writ petition who expired on 22nd July 2014. It is the case of the applicant that the respondent no.2 had expired without leaving behind any legal heirs and representatives and thus his name requires to be deleted from the cause title of the writ petition.

For the reasons recorded in the civil application, civil application made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). Name of the respondent no.2 is deleted from the cause title of the writ petition. Amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today. Amended
