CRIMINAL APPLICATION NO.1179 OF 2019 The learned counsel for the applicant, who happens to be the First Informant, contended that as the respondent no.1 herein had committed breach of bond executed by him, as directed by the learned trial court while convicting the respondent no.1, he wants to prefer an appropriate application before the learned trial court. He, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw the instant application with liberty as prayed. The application is accordingly disposed off as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
