Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner and learned AGP for Respondent Nos. 2 and 3.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that as per amendment to Section 22 of Maharashtra Public Trust Act, 1950, the change report proceedings must be decided by Respondent No.2 within three months after the objections are received. Here period of more than two years has expired and pending change reports are creating difficulty in administration.

Learned AGP is seeking time to obtain instructions. He states that there will be several change report proceedings and in such situation, out of turn hearing cannot be given to the Petitioner.

We grant the Petitioner leave to point out circumstances which necessitate expeditious consideration to Respondent No.2 by filing appropriate affidavit. If such affidavit is filed within two weeks, Respondent No.2 shall consider it as per law within next two weeks.
