Learned counsel for the parties state that the Petitioners and the Respondent Nos. 1 to 7 are related inter­se and that they have amicably settled the dispute. Learned AGP appears for the Respondent Nos. 8 to 11.

Learned counsel for the Petitioners and the Respondent Nos. 1 to 7 have tendered the Consent Terms dated 31st October, 2018. The said Consent Terms are signed by the Petitioner No. 1 - Chandrashekhar Bharamu Kadage, Petitioner No. 4 - Sanjay Dada Magdum for himself and as Power of

WP(ST) 20972-18.doc Attorney holder for Petitioner Nos. 10 to 13, Petitioner Nos. 2, 3, 5 to 9 and 14(i) to 14(v) through their power of attorney holder Mr. Gomteshwar Dhanchandra Kadage, who is personally present in Court and Respondent Nos. 1 to 7. Respondent No. 6 - Ashok Bharamu Kadage is personally present in Court and identifies the signatures of the Respondent Nos. 1 to 5 and 7. Learned counsel identify the respective parties present in Court. 3.

The said duly signed Consent Terms are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. All parties to abide by the Consent Terms.

The Petition is disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms.
