Learned counsel for the parties state that the Petitioners and the Respondent Nos. 1 to 7 are related inter­se and that they have amicably settled the dispute. Learned AGP appears for the Respondent Nos. 8 to 11.

Respondent No. 6 - Ashok Bharamu Kadage is personally present in Court and identifies the signatures of the Respondent Nos. 1 to 5 and 7. Learned counsel identify the respective parties present in Court. 3.

The said duly signed Consent Terms are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. All parties to abide by the Consent Terms.
