The learned Additional Public Prosecutor Shri K V Saste tenders the report of the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Anti­Corruption Bureau, Solapur dated 03/06/2018. A reading of the said report discloses that the Special Case wherein the Petitioner herein was an accused has been disposed of resulting in acquittal of the Petitioner vide Judgment and Order dated 17/06/2017.

In the light of the aforesaid fact, the above Criminal Application seeking quashing of the proceedings being Special Case No.9/2013 has turned infructuous. The above Criminal Application is accordingly disposed of as having turned infructuous. The report dated 03/06/2018 is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification.
