This is an application for restoration of Criminal Writ Petition No.936 of 2019 which has been dismissed for want of prosecution in view of operation of conditional order dated 2nd May 2023. 2.

For the reasons stated in the application, the Petition is restored. The Petitioner is permitted to carry out amendment as stipulated in the Order dated 2nd May 2023 within one week from today. 3.

Ad-interim relief granted earlier shall continue to operate till next date.
