By this Civil Application, the Applicant-original Opponent No.1 is seeking condonation of 82 days delay in filing the First Appeal challenging the Judgment and Award dated 02.12.2014 passed by learned Commissioner, Workmen's Compensation, Kolhapur in W. C. Application No. 54/C-16 of 2010.

Considering the submissions made by learned Counsel for Applicant and averments made in Civil Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out case for following order :

(i) Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer Clause (a) which reads thus:

(11) CAF 3966­15 (a) that the present Civil Application may be allowed in its entirety and delay of 82 days in filing the First Appeal (Stamp) No. 12032 of 2015, be condoned in the interest of justice. (ii) The Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
